Budget
- Develop a proposed annual budget for approval by Executive Committee and the general body
- Provide oversight of the financial affairs of the Chapter
Development/Fundraising
- Sponsor various fundraising projects and activities to implement both short term and long range goals of the Chapter
- Secure the necessary funds to finance the activities of the Chapter
Membership
- Create and coordinate programming to recruit new members and to retain the existing membership base
Nominations and Elections
- Plan and supervise all activities related to biennial (every other year) elections of the chapter
- Process nominations from the general membership and produce a slate of nominees to be presented by ballot to the general membership
Public Relations
- Distribute information of importance to chapter members, members of JSU and the community via various forms of communication
Student Recruitment
- Participate in college fairs and other activities to recruit students to JSU
- Plan an annual College Day trip to the university
