It is time to begin the nomination and election process for the election of officers. Officers will serve a two-year term, from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2027. In order to participate in the nomination and election process, one must be a financial member as of February 3, 2025.
A Call for Nominations was presented at the February general meeting. Officer eligibility requirements, along with a Nominee Verification form, are posted on the chapter website and were presented at the February general meeting.
Voting will take place via electronic ballot.

- Deadline to verify e-mail address with Recording/Correspondence Secretary
March 10, 2025 (General Meeting)
- Presentation of a slate of officers to the Membership including any nominations from the floor
March 12 - April 22, 2025
- Candidates’ information sent via e-mail blast and posted on the chapter website (on March 12th)
- Campaign period
April 8 - 22, 2025
- Electronic voting period (closes at 11:59 P.M. Central Time on April 22nd)
April 25, 2025
- Election results communicated via e-mail
- Elections results re-announced at next general meeting
