Courtesy announcements will be extended to dues-paid members and their immediate family as follows: An email will be sent to the alumni via Constant Contact notification, provided the alum or family member requesting the courtesy is a dues-paid member of the JSUNAA Houston Area Alumni Chapter . Information on the services must be received no later than 3 days before the pending services and must be provided via this form.
